Upon notifying seller, I was immediately sent a postage-paid return label with optional doorstep pickup, but I left it at my local PO, and got a full unit refund within 2 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE. The drives themselves were professional packed in very protective packaging which kept them isolated from each other. The appearance of the drives was scuff free, with minimal handling marks.
