    The mount arrived within 48 hours of ordering and was safely packaged with a piece of wood and shrink wrap to protect it. I messaged my enquiry and the seller was very helpful in ensuring that I got precisely the right mount - I wanted it to fit a specific frame and have two offset holes in it to show off two pieces of embroidery. I chose primrose rather than white and it is really effective at bringing out the colours on the embroidery. I’m delighted with the mount and grateful for their help

This one unfortunately had some shipping issues with getting damaged, and a replacement getting lost - none of it was the fault of the seller, but it’s worth noting as they kept me informed, responded quickly to my messages & ensured I got the frame I needed.
