There was a delay in dispatch, which I queried after 5 days without an update, message replied within 24 hours to say they were out of stock at warehouse, which is a bit naughty considering their profile states all items are in stock and dispatched by the next day. Was offered and requested a refund but item was dispatched on the same day and received next day via 24hr tracking with apologies. Overall, a positive experience, albeit not as smooth as expected.

  The item arrived in a sealed box. It was well packaged. There was a slight delay in delivery because it was an international shipping but I discussed and resolved the issue with the supplier. The supplier refunded partly of the shipping fee due to the slight delay. The supplier was responsive and understanding. This is the 5th time I have bought from this eBayer.
