Received the wrong weight. I ordered 5kg and received 2 sent the seller a photo of the postage label that showed the parcel weighed 2kg they asked for a photo of the full parcel which I then sent. Again with one that showed the label and they never replied to me again 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ really poor service. I paid for 5kg and received 2kg.
