The product is brilliant. I'd happily recommend people to use this seller. Great price, really great quality, especially as it's a second hand item. Really very happy with what was sent out. The time frame was longer than advertised, only by a couple of days . They did let me know it was going to be longer. Would be nice if I didn't get a passive aggressive response to my stressed concern about the late delivery. 2 days or not, didn't need that kind of reply. But great product.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.

The item received was the wrong spec from that ordered. The one ordered was Intel i7. What arrived was Intel i5. I have asked for either full refund or correct replacement, or refund of £190 from full price charged. The invoice that arrived with product clearly states Intel i7. But product that arrived was i5. Unclear whether this was genuine mistake?? How, from experienced refurbisher?? Or attempt to deceive??
