When I found the right shoes I needed for the price I was looking for, I contacted the seller about shipping and I had a big ask. Since these were a Christmas present in a different state, I wanted to make sure they got to my daughter on time. I asked if they could wrap my purchase and send to a different address then what is on file. They walked me through changing my shipping address and sent me a photo of my gift, wrapped! They went above and beyond for me and gift is under daughters tree!

Immaculate packaging/packing. I've never seen anyone take such great lengths to put care into the shipment of a product. The item was in a sealed bag within a perfectly taped boxed within a mailer bag. Would definitely buy from this seller again! I rarely leave reviews but felt that they deserved my time for the time that they took to make sure that my item got to me in perfect condition. 10 out of 10! (Sorry I don't have a picture to share as I didn't take one before opening it)
