Purchased an Audi A3 towbar a couple weeks back, after an initial confusion with the Ebay Vehicle fitting system and a phone call everything was easily sorted out and Towbar was enroute to me, couldn't fault the service at all, very helpful. Had a little issue with it not being far enough away from the Bumper but after a couple messages and a phone call some packers/longer bolts and a longer Hitching point was delivered next day and fitted perfectly on my vehicle. Item arrived as 2 packages, one of which was damaged with an item missing. Upon contacting the seller they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement item that arrived the next day! Now THAT is quality customer service right there! They also threw in a 13 to 7 pin convertor plug so I could still tow standard trailers for free as an appology. Towbar itself is extremely well constructed of welded box section and is very heavy. Very happy with purchase & seller AAA PLUS!
