Good communication, good price for quality product. Only slight issue was (and probably not the vendors fault as delivery subcontracted to a different company) that I paid extra for a special delivery to get the chair brought in to the house and set up. I assumed that this would mean two people making the delivery given the weight of the item, but it was just one guy who struggled a bit, but to be fair was good humoured about it.
