Broken smokes so bad I sent them a photo they asked me to send it back however I can't be at home mon-sat 9 to 5 to wait for it to be collected nor can I take it to the delivery service as its so heavy .i asked for them to give me a partial refund as its faulty however they said they as a company can't do this ! This item has now been put out for the trash . I will never purchase a vax item ever ever again customer service is the worst !!!

Item was delivered next day which was good BUT it was damaged in the box even though the box wasn't damaged. It then took over 3 weeks to get a replacement, DPD came to collect damaged one , but could not fit it in the van and never returned as they said they would , eventually I had to take it to a UPS drop shop. Vax customer service on the phone were good not so good on messages. The machine is very good , I will wait for the weather to warm up so the carpet drying time is quicker.

Atrocious, claimed item was despatched despite providing zero evidence. CSS R demanding we clean the floors & for 2 weeks VAX did NOTHING, when asked when they would dispatch, they lied. This is a major manufacturer, not only let there customer down massively, got us into trouble with CSS & did NOT even get a replacement out as a rush order. Just gave a lame apology & refund. No consideration as to the stress & trouble they have caused this family. Tell me, how do we trust a company that lies.
