    Seller sent the wrong item but then couldn't understand the fact until many messages later with me spoonfeeding them every possible bit of info inc photos to make the point. Once the penny had dropped, seller offered increasing percentages (30, 40, 50, 60, 70 etc) of my payment as a refund until I gave them an ultimatum and they agreed to 100%. They was promised that within two working days but itidn't happen. After several more days I chased them and they finally coughed up. Appalling service.

    Beware you will waste time here, this was the second order after a refund for the first order they never sent and refunded with the help of eBay, then done exactly the same to me with this order, sent lots of msgs saying there was a delay with delivery company and my item would arrive soon, fact is they never did sent it even had the cheek to send me a fake tracking number, as it was only a cheap item is why I chanced it again, have now ordered a 3rd time and still awaiting delivery,
