    Seller went above & beyond to help me find the correct fitting between my old non-quick lock Karcher pressure washer lance to connect to a new quick-lock underbody car wash accessory. (the correct adapter ended up being an adapter 7). They had their engineers test & check this for me before they changed my order to the correct fitting.
