  I had to tick positive to go through next step. But my actual rate it is NEUTRAL. After back&forth mails with irrelevant questions by the seller( since Sat 9th as my parcel was stated by Evri delivered, when it wasn't). Seller probably didn't believe me. And today Wed 13th my parcel was delivered by Evri. Not seller fault but not much of the empathy and very stressful buying before getting the things resolved. By the way, I am still not having any answer or replying from Evri.
