The guitar arrived with a badly broken neck, which obviously happen in transit. I didn't want to send the guitar back and contacted the seller who at all times responded very quickly. The gave me a partial refund to cover the cost of a new neck. Very easy people to deal with A++++

There was a little fret buzzing, but the seller was happy to assist and requested feedback so that this could be given to the factory to improve things going forward.
