    Royal Mail did not admit receipt of the item so I couldn't track delivery. The vendor checked with them and informed me that it hadn't been scanned but Royal mail would resolve the issue. I received notice from the Post Office that there was insufficient postage paid and I would have to pay to receive my parcel. I paid and the engine bolts I ordered were delivered today. Good for the vendor, Snailmail and my wallet - No.
