  The seller communication was excellent and informed me that the item when he picked it for delivery had a small variation and I was informed promptly about this. I didn’t see the message, however they thought it would be better to send it anyway. I messaged to say that I would return the item. The seller was very generous and said due to the variance they would refund the purchase price and if the fob was of some use, just to keep the fob. I would call this great service.
