The item was as described and I am always cautious when buying a refurbished item, but the description of the condition was 100% accurate and I am over the moon with it. I'm on my third kindle book already since it arrived. The seller was fantastic. I accidentally purchased the wrong kindle initially and they were amazing at re-arranging it so I could order this one (the one I had wanted). Would 100% buy from this seller again.

  I bought this for my daughter after purchasing one before from this seller & it came fantastic but this one unfortunately didn’t work but communication from seller was great & I sent it back which I did have to pay for & was then refunded within 48 hrs so would still recommend this seller as everyone has faulty goods at some point !!
