Our end game is that customers are happy at the end of the transaction but unfortunately not everything is in our control also sometimes human error can happen, but nothing is done deliberately! Some people attack us from the get go if anything goes wrong BUT your first contact was polite, friendly and considerate so we did go an extra mile to fix the issue even though it wasn’t our fault because of your polite attitude ❤️

  There was a mix up with the postage time because off flood issues but parcel did not arrive at all. Had to reach out for a refund through the appropriate EBay channels sorry. Communication with seller was slow this is my opinion.

  There was never a mixed up with the parcel and we have explain that to the buyer several times when she bought a product from a GC seller (us) in the middle of a cyclone. We were very affected by it but still dispatch the parcel on time but buyers address is in Tasmania and she was very impatient, we were very prompt in communication she just refused to understand the situation and things don’t arrive in Tasmania within a week.
