    Ordered new brake pads for wife's bike, paid by Paypal.... later that day received email saying sorry they were out of stock and had no idea when new stock would be arriving and they would start refunding me straight away. Refund received so very happy with their honesty and speed of response... unlike some other Wales based Motorcycle parts supplier ahum!     Through my own error (a typing error) the sprocket went to the wrong address and was then returned to the Post Office. The Customer Service I received from A & R Racing was BRILLIANT - they sent another one out to me immediately and upgraded the postage to First Class for free. They then refunded me in full (including the postage they had paid for) once the first sprocket got back to them. 5 stars definitely deserved - thanks guys.
