    Unfortunately I had to return this item this wasn’t any fault of the seller it arrived new sealed as description but was parts missing the seller was very good in helping resolve this problem I would of liked to of kept this item but after contacting the manufacturer I was informed they have ceased trading in the uk and was unable to supply missing boards and I needed them as limited storage when not in use BUT THE SELLER WAS GREAT AND WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT THANK YOU

    Item as expected. Evri delivery was not good. First saying one time, then another, then another, then the delivery was cancelled & I would be notified the following day. Then the package arrived! Chaotic as usual in this area with Evri deliveries. The box was broken open, but fortunately the teapot was sufficiently packaged inside not to be damaged & the sellotape surrounding the box held it together.
