When the courier didn't deliver our order on time, and it was returned to the seller - courier's error - the seller rang me immediately, and arranged to have the packaged redelivered at his own cost by Royal Mail, next day delivery. The package duly arrived the next morning. We'd been without internet for a week, and really appreciated his effort on our behalf. Item nicently packaged, exactly as advertised, and good price.
