The box arrived in not so good shape but I didn't think anything about it. I later opened the box to find that it did not contain the aux power cord for the unit. Once I looked more closely at the box, you could tell that it had been opened before and the power cord removed. I contacted the seller and we'll see what happens. The description said NEW, but it had obviously been out of the box prior to my purchase.

I ordered tall brown size 8 boots, what I received was short navy blue size 9. When I contacted this company they said these boots didn’t come from them. It’s ok because I gave to my daughter for running around and in and out of house. She’s happy I’m happy. I don’t know where these boots actually came from? Thanks

The seller is very unresponsive. Received the wrong bat and at first, instead of admiring that an error was committed, seller continued to state that we received the right item. Once we sent proof, all seller stated is to return the bat. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend.
