Armchair arrived first, I asked to change sofa to 3 seater which they did. although it took 3 phone calls and several messages. The 3 seater arrived. I unpacked and realised it was different colour to armchair. ordered light grey in both but one looks a blue colour which they also sell. Did message asking for fabric samples and told they don’t do them. weren’t interested in it being different colour to chair. Now stuck with odd sofas not happy

Contacted seller following payment as item had not been marked as dispatched after a few days and was told item would be delivered by the 24th. I contacted seller again on the 24th, was told to contact delivery company on 27th to arrange delivery myself. Courier dropped item off the van. Item was not securely packaged and a foot fell off. Go to ikea instead. I was expecting more for the price :(
