  I did contact the seller, they advised me to contact eBay. Item was not received as described, it was broken. The string of beads was cut and the beads were scattered in the box. Seller was obviously was not interested in helping me. I have attached a photo. Please advise & thank you.

I will need to return them pleas. I will attach a photo. Thank you."My response to buyer:"I am so sorry about that. Please file a return through Ebay."Buyer: "will do."
