  Item arrived with no controller. They sent one out. After testing the unit I realised that this was not 350 watts as advertised and sold. I reckon it's about 100 watts based on the performance. The supplier offered me $30 back plus $15. I really needed a 350 watt unit for my travels. Very,very disappointed. They never acknowledged that the unit was not 350 watts.
