  It arrived when they said it would, however when we opened the box and took it out it had a star shaped crack that had been circled with a magic marker, so we immediately notified the seller and sent a picture of the crack and the seller immediately replied that they would refund our money right away which they did and we're very nice about it so we definitely reordered another one and hopefully this one won't be damaged. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

  Listed as “New” “Open Box” but arrived with dirt on it along with scratches and damage from previous use, contacted the seller who said the warehouse accidentally sent me a return item instead of new and that they would immediately send me out a new one, but they would open it and inspect it before they shipped it to me as a replacement. That being said a reputable seller would make sure that it’s right the first time and I should’ve got sent a new one the first time

  Warmies ® CP-TUR-1 Microwavable & Scented Plush Turtle (No Tag) came well packaged. This turtle is as described. It's very soft and weighted and has a wonderful lavender scent. Shipping was very quick and the value free shipping was a bonus. It came without the cardboard Warmies tag, but it still has the satin one that is stitched to the turtle. That works for me.   The fencing was received as described and in relatively good condition. The packaging, plastic wrapping, allowed for some very minor damage to the outside layer of the fence roll. Some of the wire was bent but was easily straightened with little effort. In my opinion, a box might have been a better packaging option. I consider the item to be a good value when compared to other options I viewed on Ebay, Amazon, and local markets.
