  Delivered damaged item and try to teach us that this isn't a valid reason to return, started to text us and this is not a professional service. Seller didn't used any protective packaging but instead a cheap mailbag (to ship the scale ..) no apologise or anything from him but instead tried to pretend that we used the item and we had to contact ebay as he falsely stated that the item is used( requested to sent the damaged item back 1min after the delivery) Very disappointed with such a service!

  Tens of thousands of this item have been successfully sent in the same special bubble envelope. Buyer opened return saying item damaged, not working and tear on bubble envelope was proof, we asked for photo of damaged item and gift box then buyer got aggressive. Item was returned & inspected, it was working perfectly, no dents BUT buyer had scratched stainless steel surface in many places and item could not be sold again as new, could only give partial refund and eBay backed us. Buyer abuse!
