    This seller is very responsive. I bought a product that was listed incorrectly as a diffuser and refill. Unfortunately it was only the refill. The seller was very kind. Responsive and admitted the error. They changed the listing quickly and apologised and we came to a compromise for the error. I can't fault the customer service. Delivery was also quick. Although it's unfortunate that it was listed incorrectly. It was just human error which they owned up to. I would recommend them as a seller.
