  I ORDERED MANY COLOURS UNFORTUNATELY IT WASN T WRAPPED UP WELL ENOUGH & THE BAG ARRIVED WITH A GAP IN THE SUPPOSED SEALED PART OF THE BAG, SO, EITHER THE BLACK/WHITE HAT FELL OUT (?!) OR IT WAS TAKEN OUT BY THE CHOSEN DELIVERY SERVICE & THEY ONLY WANTED THE BLACK ONE (?!) OR IT WASN T PUT IN THE BAG IN THE FIRST PLACE (?!) PERSONALLY I DON T THINK THAT IT FELL OUT? I THINK THAT IT WAS STOLEN! THE SELLER INSTANTLY REFUNDED ME AFTER I REPORTED IT MISSING,I THANK THE SELLER FOR THAT.

  The item itself was in good condition and arrived quickly. However, I was sent the incorrect item. I ordered the spiral bound version of the book as per posted description however what arrived was the normal softbound cover. I specifically ordered from this store because I was looking for the spiral version however they gave me the wrong item. Tried to contact seller about incorrect item but no response. Hence the low rating
