The heater was very well packed with all the bits and pieces present and correct, the price is the best not only on eBay but everywhere else I have looked. Good value nice looking item. No thanks to Royal Mail where it took 7 days from posting to reach their main postal hub and when it arrived the package had a hole torn in it. Fortunately the contents were intact. Also their tracking information was useless !!!!!!!
