    The seller sent the wrong transit seat covers, give them a chance to find out why? and the response was: "apologies we have the others they are plain black, the quality is teh same they are made from the same material and as we sell them for same amount. if you want to change let me know." After looking in there online Ebay Shop I found the seat covers they had sent me but cheaper than the one's I ordered. Too light to send back van has been sold.

    BMW cars cannot use false information at all. The items sent are not the same as the advertisement pictures. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund with free shipping. He said there was no problem with his product. It has been delayed for several weeks and it has not been resolved. He said it was a problem with my car roof. Rubbish
