    I purchased the Wolf cooktop, it was delivered as promised. had installed two days later, however there were some parts that were not functioning properly. I contacted the seller on a Sunday, they responded the same day! They overnighted the replacements which arrived 2 days after my Sunday email. we installed the replacements and all works as designed! I have learned that customer service STARTS when things go sideways, and this was an example of doing whatever it took to solve the issue!!! THX
