  Amazing Item, I recommend it for steaming. Seller communication really poor. I asked for tracking number few times, no reply. It came up on purchases page in the end. Delivery day was a nightmare. Courier needed a code, I never knew. I asked seller for it several times, never got it & courier left. Finally heard from seller that night. Next day, got code, item was delivered. Two days wasted due to the hassle caused. Will never understand why deliveries can't be kept simple like they used to be.

  Just to be fair to the seller, they told me when I did hear from them that the reason I didn't get any replies is because they were working a lot. But as a buyer, you NEED to be able to contact a seller for so many reasons, even to get reassurance that they are not trying to scam you and are ignoring you for that reason, which has happened to me a few times. If you sell items, either the seller, or someone else on their behalf, should be dealing with buyers questions. I think that's reasonable.

  Like the produce, the service is top rate. I ordered 10pm ish and it was in my hand the next day before 12pm! AND it was the cheapest!! I’ve ordered many times for many things on eBay but only one or two come anywhere near close. Highly recommend.

  I can't NOT give positive feedback, given that the item was as-described and delivered SUPER FAST (next day), even though I ordered on a Sunday evening! That said, I didn't notice until it was too late that, as the item's location was in Jersey, that I would need to pay VAT, in addition to the listing price. 30 minutes after the purchase, I requested to cancel the transaction, as I could have bought it cheaper elsewhere and 11 hours later the request was denied as it had already been dispatched

  Seller had to cancel my order but it was through no fault of their own, they contacted me straight away to let me know and apologised, a refund was issued and I received it promptly. Most importantly it hasn't deterred me from buying from this seller again. The 5 stars is for the professionalism shown throughout the whole process.
