About us

Abnoba Pet Store is located in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands (within 1 mile of the Merry Hill Shopping complex).

We have owned, shown and bred a number of breeds of dogs over the years and are most well known for our work with the Dogue De Bordeaux.

Over the years we have tried and tested a wide number of products, with varying degrees of success, many of the products we use are difficult to source in the UK, and we are regularly asked “where can I get one of those?” We started the Online Store and later the shop to put as many of these useful products together in one place. Most of the products we sell are what we use for our own dogs. We are continually testing and adding new specialist products for the serious dog breeders out there.

We specialise in canine Artificial Insemination Products and probably have the best variety of AI products in Europe.

    The product I ordered was good and the price was OK. The delivery was pathetic by todays standards. It took a week to arrive. Four days just to despatch it. It dosnt matter what day or time I called they just hung up. This is just poor service. Our puppies arrived and I needed feeding tubes. When you need to tube feed it's urgent. Even driving to the company on a Saturday didn't work. "Phone Monday I was told" my puppies wouldn't be alive by then. Terrible service, lack of empathy, attitude

    Order was placed on Thursday, 8th May 6:25 PM with 2nd class. eBay clearly shows est delivery times before checkout. Our business hours are Monday-Thursday —this is stated on eBay store & every listing.We did not receive any calls from you before you travelled, so the claim that you were repeatedly hung up on is untrue.
