After contacting they told me the "courier had misplaced it" several messages were then ignored and eventually after getting ebay involved, they have me a refund. Communication is rubbish. I would avoid this seller. Can't comment on the quality of the product obviously, but they advertised royal mail 48 as the courier but provided me with an evri tracking number (which wasn't valid on either)
