    Had real issues with this seller, Firstly my order was marked as delivered I waited 2 weeks until it actually came. Box was open, damaged and items missing and wrong tea sent,seller blamed courier took no responsibility,said the would send replacements which initially the did not, multiple messages and time wasting I got eBay to step in, 1 month after my original order, I finally received everything. Definitely won't be buying from this seller ever again

You claimed you had missing items, we trusted your word, and sent out replacements at our own cost, even though we weren’t obligated to do so.We always aim to act in good faith which we did throughout this process, despite the delays caused by external factors, and we're glad everything eventually reached you without Ebay's involvement and we are sad that our efforts weren't recognised..
