There was a problem with the first personalised top that I received, but after a few emails a replacement was provided which was good, the comms were very good and understood my problem. They sent a postage paid packet with the new one to return the bad I asked for them to let me know if they had received it back or not but they haven't replied so I am assuming they did receive it back as it has been a few weeks now. Overall pleased with item and even though there was a problem it was sorted.
