    I am revising this review because the seller and I later communicated about a unique problem that occurred on EBAY s side and not the seller s. This seller was able to go back and honor the original sale and communicated clearly that it was just imperfect timing that led to the issue we ran into. Overall this seller is responsive, helpful, and caring.

    The buyer messaged and noted that the tracking number that had uploaded with this package already showed as being delivered. I still had the package and was putting it in the mail early in the morning as I was leaving on vacation. I didn't have time to get to the PO to figure out the issue so I cancelled the order and issued a full refund - A $200 order isn't safe in PO land w/o a valid tracking #. I explained all of this to the buyer before I issued the refund.

    Shipping was fast and well packaged. Plates looked new and the value is as described and excellent. If seller had more of this pattern of lunch/salad plates, I would definitely buy them as I still need about 5 more of them. There are a lot of the dinner plates on eBay, but I have all of them that I need.
