    Packaged good & fast shipping, the remote I received was good quality but it was different from the one I bought but it looked almost exactly the same I think it was down to human error, when I noticed them about receiving the wrong order they were understanding & sympathetic , while being friendly they were happy to rectify the mistake & sent the correct remote that day & I received it the following day free without extra charges , I’m happy with my purchase & experience so I would use again

This item is a replacement for one bought from another supplier which seemed to work straight away but rapidly overheated and l,m talking seconds contacted that seller and said l believed there was a safety issue with their “genuine” product,not had a reply. Be careful . Recommend this product and seller.
