    Great service, the original purchase had been stolen on route, the packaging was ripped open. I called Royal Mail and an hour later spoke to somebody. I then called Online spares direct and explained a replacement arrived by the next post . Just amazing service - thank you.

    From my experience, I cannot believe this company ever received negative feedback, even if the numbers are absolutely tiny in comparison to their positive feedback. The best service I have ever received from an online company. Quick to reply to my messages having answered ALL my questions. All over a remote control costing me less than £6. If you see something from their online store you need, buy it. There's simply no point looking elsewhere, if you enjoy fantastc service and great prices!

    Item got lost in post. After two weeks I asked for a refund and, no questions asked, the money was transferred right away. Then Royal Mail eventually decided to deliver it the following day. Item as described, just what I wanted, however, since sold the old TV so cannot test its functionality. Despite the delivery delays, I wouldn't hesitate in using OnlineSPARESDirect again.
