Bought boots from pics and description then tatty pair came of same boots by mistake I sent them back and I was given refund but not a full refund of everything I spent getting the boots returned the tatty boots were on another site being sold as immaculate so they got ours mixed up but when I bought the immaculate pair very cheaply when I sent the tatty pair back the immaculate then couldn’t be found which I predicted would happen
