    The women's leather clutch wallet was well packed and arrived it a timely manner. Unfortunately, both zippers on the wallet were defective from the manufacturer. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent me a replacement. The replacement wallet is in perfect condition although will take some time to break in as the leather is very hard and stiff.
