  At last I finally got my parcel UPS have been a bloody nightmare my parcel was at a pickup point but they refuse to give me the parcel until I paid for import duties so I paid the import duties then they would not give you the parcel because someone at their office was too lazy to enter it onto the system, so after another two attempts numerous phone calls to UPS I finally got my parcel delivered today a week and a half after they first attempted to deliver it but I'm happy with my purchase 😃

  Dopo 15 giorni di attesa con tanto di numero per tracciare il pacco si scopre che in realtà il pezzo non era mai stato spedito, e alla rischiarata di spiegazioni per giorni il pezzo non è stato spedito e dicendo che avrei contattato ebay senza risolvere nessuno problema mi dicono che rimborsano senza preoccuparsi del disagio ricevuto e l’attesa senza nessun risultato. Pessima esperienza e poca collaborazione dal venditore.
