Had an issue which turned out to be my printer not the cartridge - seller was so helpful & sent me a step by step easy to follow guide which resolved the issue within minutes (so grateful for this info).     My model was listed as being compatible with these cartridges. Even though the cartridges were rejected by the printer, there was lots of communication and help offered by Elle and the team to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, none of it worked and despite all the inks being opened. They refunded me in full. A+A+A+ Seller with ethics and a genuine desire to resolve any issues.
