  As pictured condition bit squashed due to poor packaging , hopefully It will come back to shape as don't have time to get another, would of thought seller would packaged and sent such a delicate item in box or at least wraped it better, rather than a bag inside of bag. I did ask before purchase how it would be sent but got no reply

  The seller was brilliant in communicating with me. The External DVD writer was delivered OK. The box hadn't been tampered with but the External writer had a piece missing and couldn't function. Probably due to assembly line problem. The seller didn't hesitate to give me a refund and our communication with each other was good.
