Unfortunately the pack of 4 bulbs (competitively priced) arrived with 1 bulb shattered, even though ACE had packaged it very well with more than enough bubble wrap. The Parcel Force courier did leave pretty sharpish ... I could hear the broken glass rattling around in the package so I'm sure the courier did too. ACE have promised to refund me the cost of the 1 bulb which is decent and honourable of them considering I doubt it was their fault.

While my 4 bulbs arrived on time and packed securely, this was achieved by have a 5th box in the packaging to hold things in place , unfortunately the bulb inside the 5th box was broken which could have injured anyone not looking properly when getting this particular bulb out for use , so I’m pleased with the product I bought but at the same time it was a little dangerous had I not looked carefully before removing , it could be that the 5th bulb was damaged in transit !
