Seller miscounted stock and had more listed then available... Instead of doing a partial refund, they cancelled the order completely. Don t trust this seller or their inventory. Seller then harassed for feedback update. Ebay does allow partial refunds but seller is unwilling to. Will cancel order instead of contacting and doing partial refund. Seller did refund fully, but I also have to replace order and hope their stock is correct now. Easier to just buy from others.

1. There is a transaction risk in partially refunding orders that have not been shipped. 2. We have negotiated with the buyer before canceling the order and suggest the buyer to submit a new order. 3. The order has been fully refunded. 4. For negative reviews, eBay provides a request for modification function, and sellers can issue a modification request. It complies with eBay transaction rules.
