    The seller has been constructive and helpful in assisting overcome courier difficulties; in ultimately resorting to Royal Mail [Tracked 48], delivery success was achieved within 24 hours of dulpicated dispatch attempts; this after 5 weeks of abject failure with other operartor[s]. So, if anything can be taken from this tail of woe, then it could be that Royal Mail ought to be the carrier of choice for the future.

    Very disappointed in this purchase. Was sent with no bubble wrap just the glasses wrapped in some cardboard. So of course, they hav arrived smashed. Having reached out to the seller twice now it’s been 4 days and no response. No interest in customer service and no care for products their customers purchase. I want a refund

    Item finally arrived after over 3 weeks of waiting. No communication from the seller, had to open an 'item not received' with Ebay before they finally decided to send the item out to me, which was quick once that had been filed! Unfortunately the feedback above only lets you rate the item not the seller etc.
