    Item was exactly what I ordered. Great Quality brand new item and well packaged. But I must say the seller went above and beyond to make sure I received my item on time. I received a email letting me know I will not receive item on scheduled date. Not only was it not going to be received on time, they gave me a date 2 week later than expected. I reached out to seller and he assured me I will get it. And to my surprise I did. Very impressed and satisfied.

    Great price with delivery. Same item, same seller £16 more on Amazon. Quick delivery, eBay giving 1 to 3 weeks. Seller dispatched from UK warehouse, I had to actually delay DPD so I was at home from holiday. I have a Vivi F20, battery easy direct replacement. The new charger a little bigger than the old. Well packed. Old battery now subject to Vivi safety recall but I found out too late. Happy with my purchase!
