I’m rating positive for the sole reason that the item purchased was exactly as advertised and packaged extremely well. The down side is that two messages I sent with questions were completely ignored. I believe I interacted with this seller once before and also was ignored. Also tracking info was never received until the delivery morning. Seller has great items but not much customer service.
