There was a minor problem this time with the delivery, but was sorted very quickly and had no impact on the locomotive purchased which was as described.     1st loco arrived damaged even though double boxed, obviously due to careless handling by the courier service. I contacted AC Models whom were most helpful and supplied a replacement within 48 hours. They added additional bubble wrap as additional protection and the 2nd loco upon opening was in pristine condition. Excellent service from this 1st class retailer. 10/10. Highly recommend them.
